Steak n' Shake - New Castle

I always enjoy Steak Shake. They're in a lead from their own!

Always great service and great food....others try to imitate, but no do it better than you... the best value around.

Two in the morning, service was prompt, food was fast and hot. Great experience

Food was fresh and friendly staff! I have food in time. Just note that the manager clearly annoyed with the chairs did not begin at the right place throughout the restaurant, high chairs and tossing chair and tables aggressively murmelting under their breath frustrated. Usually it wouldn't matter, but it was so loud and aggressive...

Great food and nice staff. Seems pretty clean. Just one complaint the would be change the nasty ceiling tiles. It doesn't give people confidence to eat there.
