Dunkin' - New Castle

I called michigan to order donuts for my employees. charlie was incredibly helpful! the donuts were ready quickly, and my employees loved them! many thanks for the great customer service!

The restaurant only provides portable toilets, and the accessible one is locked, making it impossible for those with disabilities to use. If I had been traveling alone, I wouldn't have been able to use the restroom at all. I refuse to support the Dunkin' nearby or buy gas.

The donuts were delicious and they gave me a few munchins free to try!

I visited the restaurant with my family. Our order was excellent, though a bit confusing. The staff was very patient and friendly, and there were no issues with our order.

About 11:15 on 6/4/22 I had the nastiest experience with the cashier here. She refused to eve. Speak 2 words, wouldn 't even tell me how much my total was. Literally threw my cans of soda into my bag, snatched my money and shoved my change at me. Answered her phone while checking me out, completely stopped tending too me all together and said hey dad, he 's checking himself into meadowood so can i stay with you for a few nights . I completely understand everyone has something going on in their lives, but I don 't understand working in customer service if you can 't treat customers with even a tiny bit of respect when going through whatever it may be. Should t have come too work, or should find a new line of work because she does not belong in customer service.
