Buffalo Wild Wings - New Caney

Avoid this place at all costs. The meals, including mine and the other guests', were left unfinished. I had to send mine back; it was old, cold, and the sauce seemed ancient, flaking as if it had been out for hours. The chicken was stiff and congealing. Even the portions of tender and fry basket were cold. The appetizer nachos lacked toppings and were left untouched. The boneless wings were cold and tasted awful. Although I asked for a refund on the unfinished appetizer, the waitress refused, only removing the wings from the receipt. The service was terrible – the waitress Crymson, struggled to move between tables without having to take a break and her hygiene was highly questionable. It took over an hour to get drinks and food, and the overall experience was the worst I've had in a long time. I initially didn't want to come here, as BWW hasn't ever been great, but this exceeded my expectations in the worst way. I left feeling gross for having even attended. More like a 3.5. The food is ok. They were out of tator tots, so we opted for their platter appetizer and brisket nachos. They were average, boneless wings were hard and chewy. The burger we ordered was really good which caught me off guard considering this a wing place. Tried the carriabian jerk wings, wasn 't a fan, but the wings were cooked well.
