Bidra med feedbackManagement has a problem. they either do not plan properly (if applicable with other service comments or they had only another bad day. food looked good at other tables, but we never got our order. the waitress admitted to never put into our order (after waiting 45 min (after waiting to take 20 min on order). I would have looked at the other comments. but stay away until it's fixed. a lot of luck
Excellent service. spacious ambiente and eating was a good value
Service was poor. waited about 40 minutes for appetizers that never arrived. we have the main course directly. other tabs also seemed to have problems.
A terrible service. we had reserved 1p, and there were no hostess at the door with a series of people waiting to sit. when we finally sit from a server, there was no waiter to take our order. we waited 45 minutes to get water and our order that arrived almost 1 hour later was ok. in any case, we will not go back. there are many other much better ways to eat in the city.
Service was awful we waited over an hour just for coffee and then another 45+ minutes for our entrees. Host was rude and didn’t seem to expect us even though we had a reservation. Our server was very nice and kept apologizing for the wait, which was clearly out of her control. Multiple other tables dining at the same time as us asked if the restaurant would comp a portion of the meal because it was such a disaster, which they declined to do. Other reviews have said very similar things, so clearly this is a consistent problem that management needs to address. Totally understand that there is a severe personnel shortage but this was a much worse experience than at similar restaurants dealing with the same shortage, and I hope Gates can find a way to improve this.
