Chef Prasad - New Canaan

Best (only) Indian food in town. All jokes aside,,, take out and dine in are to notch. This is one of the best Indian restaurants that I've ordered from in my life. Chef Prasad is a regular rotation in our house.

Went in around 2:30pm and were given dinner menus/prices. Very basic and bland americanized version of 'indian ' food, i dont think prasad knows how to cook north indian dishes.. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Tandoori Chicken Tikka dry and lacking flavor $27.75 Chicken Biryani tastes like an oil bomb. $27.75 Baigan Chaat Appetizer Eggplant tastes and looks fried. $13.00 Raita very watery and lacking flavor. $6.50 Onion Kulcha Naan buttery/ marginy/oily. $6.00 Saag Paneer Half (Vegetarian Half) Blended spinach that did not taste like spinach. delivery was fast but think it was all premade and poorly made. I am perplexed by all the good reviews.
