Timbers At Four Winds Casino

This casino was clean and had plenty of slots for anyone's liking, from traditional slots to big touch screens and everything in between. My husband and I were able to spend about 3 hours there, and the slots were paying us pretty well. A few of the slots hit immediately. There were also a few little shops with clothing and other accessories. We decided to have lunch at one of the dining facilities, Timbers Fast Food and Grill. I would recommend trying one of their other restaurants because the food was lacking in a few areas. I had the Timber's Reuben, and the bread was soggy. The creamy chicken soup was fine, but it was a little salty. My husband had the Garlic Parmesan wings. Although they were large, they were also soggy.

The regulars in the casino act like they own the place and bully other players, with half-hearted pushback from the staff. A player stole $10 in chips from another player and when called out on it, the casino staff backed up the thief. If you're visiting New Buffalo and have the urge to gamble, proceed with caution, and don't expect a friendly or welcoming attitude from the regulars or the staff.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Four Winds Casino New Buffalo. It's a visually appealing casino and resort. We checked in via self-check-in which was quick and easy. Our room was affordable, nice, comfortable, and clean. Our room included an in-room safe and mini fridge. The Four Winds Casino is a spacious casino with a very large selection of slot machines, as well as table games. We play slots and enjoyed both the selection and availability of machines. We also won enough to keep playing which is what we strive for. The casino area was clean. They had a selection of complimentary Coca-Cola products, water, and coffee, as well as alcohol available for purchase. The Four Winds Casino has a selection of restaurants. We opted for Timbers Fast Food Deli for a late pizza. They were very busy and although the staff was friendly, the man working the til was extremely slow and didn't seem like that was his forte. The pizza was affordable and good. They also have a very nice gift shop on the premise which also includes a few necessities/toiletries. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Four Winds Casino New Buffalo. It's a very nice casino and resort that we would visit again!

I closed my online gambling account with them on December 27th and informed them under no circumstances to never reopen they reopened and continued to allow me to lose money. Now they refuse to refund the money they should of honored my request and never reopened the account

Beautiful grounds, okay food where service is hit or miss. Recently a W Club rep mentioned how my losses could have bought him a new roof. I will likely go somewhere else where employees understand what confidentiality is.
