Excellent service. juan and the young lady there tonight (1/25/22) were so pleasant, I forgot everything about the bad things I received today and that I felt anxious. sincere, thank you. a smile and a pleasant attitude goes so far.

I ordered food from here to be delivered via grub hub. Im order came to me incomplete. I was missing the fries that were part of the 25 wing combo. When I called the only options I was given was to call the grub hub driver myself, to come pick it myself, or to wait until th next time I ordered. I don't usually eat here or have my food delivered to me, but my family were all under the weather and this was the best option at the time. I don't think that I should have been responsible for fixing the establishments mistake by making phone calls or going out to pick up the missing food, and the fries were ordered to complete the family meal therefore waiting until next time wasn't an option for me. I ended up getting refunded for the side order of tots, and going without the fries, but Im just not happy with the experience at all and won't be ordering here again.

On line order and picked up. word to the wise , check your order before you leave.paid $45 and was missing a entire entrée ordered . Called they offered to give me a credit for the next time I came in. I requested a credit on my card, only credited the bare min. Giving credit to the store would guarantee them that you return.I under stand errors happen but they need to be more aware of items ordered. a bit pricey for the food you get. Not sure if we'll order again.

Most of the staff here are very upbeat and friendly. The food is great and while it is overpriced, they have Tender Tuesdays which offer almost half off on an order of 8 wings, so take advantage of that. They also have good flavors (but I personally don't recommend their buffalo sauce, you should try their other unique flavors). Don't order in the last hour before they close because they'll sometimes rush and forget to add the sauce, this has happened to me twice. Also, ordering via the website is very convenient.

I ordered my wings and they had the 20 minutes they told me to wait to prepare it, I came in to get them and they told me to wait another 2 minutes, then had me waiting another 20 minutes. Literally talking the whole time, probably won’t come back, I was already having a bad day and they had me wait 40 minutes for 12 wings, I was disappointed.
