Subway - New Britain

I believe it was Josh that helped me Saturday around noon, and he made a custom sandwich for me that Subway no longer has on their menu. It was exceptional service and the sandwich was great. The restaurant was very clean too, and I would return here in the future because of the service and quality.

Used to go here but I went there recently and it was definitely an upgrade of service. It was faster than I remember, service was great, and my sandwich looked like the commercial and could exactly close! Kudos to the owner and whatever staff they have hired or trained!!

I sponsored a trip to Ocean Beach for 25 teens (ages 14 17) on August 13, 2021. I went to this subway and they helped me TREMENDOUSLY!!! They even threw in an extra sandwiches (at no charge), extra ketchup, mustard, drinks, and CHIPS just in case. They were professional and although I gave them short notice, it was boxed and ready for pick up the morning of the trip (8:00 am). Everything was DELICIOUS the teens LOVED the sandwiches although they were full off the one sandwich, they were extras available! I never believe when people post negative comments, it could be the customer! I had to try it for myself, and I don’t have one NEGATIVE thing to say about their service! 5.0 is what I’m giving!!!
