Chili's Grill - New Britain

I will probably not be ordering from Chili’s again. Food was definitely below par. Great service. Food was Prepared in a timely fashion. Brought curbside when they said it would. Food preparation needs to be better.

Love chili's pretty much always a good experience expect for one time where I actually left the restaurant but that was due to rude customers and management at the time. I didn't hold that one experience to them because I have been to chili's for years. Generally pleasant staff, and who can beat the 3 for 10.99 or any of their deals? They offer a good variety of options and I love rewards!!

Food was good but almost every time I order from Doordash I never receive the amount of ranch requested and there's times it's been completely forgotten. You guys are also now charging extra to add on extra ranch but never even give the original amount. I had a decent amount of food and one small container of ranch. Update: Ordered again and decided to pay for the extra ranch that they FORGOT. This is with almost every single order and why I haven't ordered in the last month when I would order multiple times before I got tired of this

My experiences at Chilli’s are always great, but the visit I had today was exceptional. Scooba waited on my friend and I️ the entire night and was friendly, sociable, and extremely attentive. We ended up staying way longer than we initially intended to and his service remained great throughout the entire visit and even said we could stay longer if we wanted to. He made our experience great tonight and I️ hope to get served by him again when we return.

Awful. We were brought to a small table in a very crowded section. We asked if we could have a table in the next aisle where only one or two tables were occupied. They said it was closed so we took the last open table in the aisle. Afterwards, they seated people in the next aisle. The booths were very uncomfortable. Seemed sunken in. It was disgustingly dirty. There was a raised countertop that ran along the side of the booths at about face level. It was dirt filled, right next to people's faces. I wiped it off with a napkin and took a picture of the dirt on the napkin. The waiter was very unprofessional in manner. The soup took outrageously long to come. Then, very soon after the soup came out, before we finished it, the main course was brought out, while we were still eating the soup! Meanwhile, nobody took the garbage from the table. Then when we finished the soup, nobody took the soup bowls off the table. So the garbage, which included the dirt filled napkin as well as the soup bowls and spoons were still on the table. Then, although her dinner was hot, mine was cold! I had to have it sent back. They replaced the dinner. While we were eating the main course, two times a group of the staff came walking by us screaming and clapping their hands really loud in everyone's ear. I had to cover my ears. (Apparently someone at the end of the restaurant had a birthday). When we got the bill, nobody came to get the cash. After a long wait, we put the cash on the table and left. Goodbye Chili's!
