Pho Thuy Hong - New Brighton

The best house I ever had. Fresh veg and proteins. Very recommended. Good egg rolls, thin crispy pack with tasteful filling. Service is friendly. Authentic pho, Many Vietnamese customers.

Oh My Wow. This place was GREAT. Just heard about it and went for lunch with my normal lunch crew. We each had something different and all the dishes recieved a big thumbs up. We are always looking for something different for lunch and Pho-Thuy Hong definitely qualifies in the Roseville/St. Anthony/New Brighton area. Not the cheapest lunch as they only have one menu and no lunch specials, but, every thing was definitely worth it. Six thumbs up from our 3 man lunch crew.

Best kept secret in New Brighton is no more ! Very humble quiet location, nothing fancy except the food. Every bite was delicious. Super friendly staff and so appreciative of every guest. We ordered something from each category on the menu. Order my number. We had 2,13, 28, 46, 56, and 6.0. Oh my 56 (marinated Korean beef short ribs) so tasty, we took two additional orders home. Another delicious meal in the great state of Minnesota!! Salt pepper chicken has great flavor I had the vegetable phô with tofu added to it. The broth also had great flavor Glad we found this place. It was the first time my friends had tried phô and they LOVED IT!!

Other than potholes in the parking lot, the spring rolls and pho are great with adequate seating! I work nearby, so it's tough to resist eating here every day.
