Pho 400 - New Brighton

The prices are good and eating is great. that's my lunch. I had the pho,- feather and vulture rolls, fried rice, potsticker. it's always so good. I recommend everything, but I'm a huge Pho-person and that's the best I had in mn.

We love this place. both eating and service. I hope that those of them give a star rating that they give them another chance. it could be one of their favorites. we used to live in new brighton and would often go. we left about 15 minutes, but we're still going back. we only had a bad service when our favorite server was gone. he is Hispanic. we let them know we wouldn't come back if it happened again, and it hasn't happened since. the lady is super nice. She's quiet, but kind and she remembers us when we get in. Remember to ask for for forks if they don't use the sticks. beef phó, veggie phó, creamy cheese competitions, spring rolls with tofu instead garnelen, and tofu roasted rice are our favorite meals we order there. ? the taste is noticeable! perfect every time they ask me.

Except pots on the parking lot, the spring rolls and pho with sufficient seating are large! I work close, so it's hard to eat here every day.

Got takeout today from Pho 400 for the first time some of the best egg rolls I've ever had! And the chicken wings were sooo crispy and perfectly cooked. The seafood pho lacked a bit of flavor, the broth seemed a bit watery and there was only 2 shrimp, 1 fish ball and mostly imitation crab. Will for sure need to add more stuff to it as it only came with 1 small packet of sriracha and hoisin. The sides was mostly sprouts. Would recommend checking this place out though! Yum!

Love this place it's the best Pho place near me. Fresh ingredients and amazing flavor.
