The Downtowner - New Braunfels

Great food, friendly staff and great service. I went to the first time today and find everything I heard from this restaurant is correct. can not wait to go back and try something else.

Pleasantly surprised by this place.... combination of rustic/industrial (If that's a thing) style. Great service, drinks and grub! We'll be back. Taylor offered the service of a high-end place....so we tipped her as such.

DELICIOUS! Don’t miss this gem when visiting New Braunfels. Located just off the main downtown strip of shops. We ate an early supper here on 8/6/22. Restaurant was very clean and the a/c was cold and refreshing on a very hot and humid day. Our waitress was very friendly and took our orders correctly. Food was delivered in less than 15 min. The biscuits and honey butter were so good. The glazed carrots, shrimp and grits, meatloaf and chicken fried steak were all very tasty. Highly recommend!

Really amazing service, decadent food and a spicy! **** Mary. It was a bit on the pricy side $17 for French toast) but a cool environment also.

Tim took such exquisite care of our 6 top. Attentive, funny, knowledgeable he’s the epitome of what makes a dining experience pleasurable. Food was fantastic, drinks were fast and tasty. To ownership: give him an equity stake he’s a big part of what makes your restaurant successful.
