Customer service is really gone hills here prices are on the rise, which makes me over the convenient storage aspect of this place and seek other alternatives. Child friendliness: Children's meals are decent

We tried the spicy steak and bacon grilled cheese sandwich. The sandwich is very good, but we discussed whether we actually have the spicy sandwich or not. I couldn't find jalapenos on the sandwich and it was very good, but really not so sharp. A very delicious sandwich tho and I recommend it. Service was fast and we're glad we had an attempt. I would recommend this Sonic to anyone looking for a delicious meal at a reasonable price.

When I get food from there, it's usually good until I worked there, they had me going and sweeping all the parking lot and the boss she told me when I found all the full ketchup packages on the floor, bring them back because they can still be used and so I had found one on the floor so that I brought them back as a joke, and they wash it dirty in water for half a second with no soap at all. ?

It took 40 minutes for two items, and the runner gave it to the wrong people. When the people who received our items realized it was not theirs, they gave it back to the runner who simply then gave it to us kind of gross but we didn't want to wait another 40 minutes. After 20 minutes had passed, we tried to press the red button or talk to a runner to check the status of the order or see if we could cancel and get a refund. No one came to help us for 20 minutes. I understand that they might have limited staff and longer wait times, but all you have to do is play damage control and communicate with customers.
