Bidra med feedbackI just popped in after getting adjusted next door at The Joint Chiropractic . I don 't come in very often so I wasn 't sure what I wanted to order. I was with my daughter, who also didn 't know what she wanted. The staff was friendly and helped us by making some recommendations. I ordered the Cherry Tart Colligen booster, and my daughter got the Peanut Power Up with Chocolate. I also ordered one for my son at home. They were very good! It 's more affordable Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Cibolo, which is closer to where we live, but there 's another Smoothie King in the Forum which is still fairly close. Since we will be at the chiropractor often, I 'm happy that we can stop in whenever we go to New Braunfels : .
I went there today and Julianne was so sweet and welcoming! I asked for recommendations and she was so helpful! Very good experience.

We always stop at Smoothie King after our chiropractor appointments, and today solidified why I will continue to go there. The customer service is always top notch there from everyone! While in there today after our appointment, my family ordered smoothies and someone else took them as their own. When my husband went to ask the staff if they saw it as well, they did and immediately started making our order again! (No one can control grown adults actions)My husband did confront the woman outside asking why she took an order that wasn’t hers and she couldn’t give him an answer. Courtney (hopefully it’s spelled correctly) quickly remade our order and it was ready in no time! She apologized for the situation that just occurred, and gave us our smoothies. Thank you, as always to the staff at Smoothie King!
I love smoothie king and we visit this smoothie king 3-4 times a week. The store is clean and typically staff are pleasant. However, the more you frequent a place the chance that something could be incorrect goes up. This is not an issue things happen. I have had 2 incidences this summer where my order was messed up. I called and the items were replaced. My issue is Harmony patronized my husband when he picked up the replacement order today. She told him that Ms. Susan needs to check the order before leaving. I typically am picking up smoothie king for dinner so everything in order is not mine. So until I get home I don't know if there's an issue. Both times I called I called right away. She told my husband that after the product leaves to store she can't be sure what happens. In the month of July I have been to this smoothie king 16 times. My bill ranges fro 23-49 dollars every time. When I spoke to harmony by phone she accused me of called a few times about products. It had only been twice. She did not care that I have spent in month of July approximately 420.00 dollars in her store can be verified. She felt just in treating me like a dumb kid and speaking to me rudely. I am 53 and my husband is 57. I never post reviews but Harmony was obnoxious and doesn't value repeat customers!!
