Little Caesars Pizza - New Braunfels

This is the hands down the WORST small stoppers in the history of the small stoppers. They have had a bad experience here before they decided to give another attempt as there is under new management. I placed my order at 4:45 for a 6:00 pickup. At 6:35 a.m. did they come? over ta put it in the oven.? Do you have a refund and aren't you back?

The manager and cashier were arguing. The staff was arguing about the orders in front of customers. It was awkward, the pizza came out good though.

Try to place an order and they never pick up the phone I have a baby I would love to just be able to place an order over the phone get off once not 2 times . My old location was a drive through and they were the best . If it wasn?t in San Antonio I would drive all the way there to get my pizza bc this location is the worse they weren?t even that busy one person inside? they didn?t even say I?m so sorry nothing ?

I'm not from this side of town but i love Ceasars pizza. It was always easy to place my order and swing by to pick it up. The experience of having a fresh great tasting pizza just the way you like, at an unbeatable price has all changed for me here. Completely the worse experience. So much so I've even tried other options like frozen pizza. Last week i paid almost $20 for a deep dish pizza because I asked how many toppings come on it for the price it cost and the guy said you can put whatever you want so I was under the impression unlimited toppings. My 1 deep dish pizza came out to $20 by itself topped with pep, sausage, blk olv, grn bell, on, along with a stuff crust extramost pep which was another $10+ almost $35 total for the two and when I got home it wasn't a deepdish.

In the past....Best Caesars around! Always busy. Never a long wait.... But tonight! Yuk! Order 4 pizzas, cheese and pepperoni. There was barely and cheese on any of them. So we got dough freaking pizza.
