Ihop - New Braunfels

The pic of the fluffy French toast shows two golden brown pieces of french toast! I thought minimum wage went up? Apparently that didnt attract any better talent! How hard is it to get an order correct!? Just make it like the picture perhaps? Under cooked and only one piece which means really no pieces were correct. If I have to triage the food when it arrives it means i hop should can the cook. Think about it if im doing the cooking that means someone didnt do their job, that someone or their boss needs to be unemployed!

IHOP has always been a great location to visit. They have great breakfast foods and things that you can't find in other places. The only thing I was upset about is when I went on a veteran's Day they wouldn't honor my request for a different item that was being offered nationally. This is the reason for my 3-star review. It would have been better just to honor my request and I wouldn't have to have lodged a complaint with corporate.

This place is a total disaster. I went in today and the service was terrible! The staff Were Fighting Amongst themselves.The young men in the front look like they needed a bath and taught how to tuck their shirts in and look professional.Not sure if your training your staff, young as they areAbout the importance ofLooking well groomed and professional and especially no fighting In front of customers
