Bidra med feedbackStopped in for dinner on a business trip to New Braunfels. The brewery is on the premises of the Faust Hotel. I tried the flight of homemade beers and the Reuben sandwich that was recommended. The beer sampling was good and most had good flavor. See details below. The sandwich was very good with the house made Russian dressing being the kicker. The place seemed a little dark for a brewery. Overall, I recommend it. Polka Pilsner tasty, but not memorable. No aroma at all;
The Faust Brewing Company was a neat little brewery to visit. The outside was barren but that's to be expected in 100+ Texas temp. Inside was nice and cool. Very pub-ish. Willie the bar man was super nice and knowledgeable. Really enjoyed the place and would recommend a visit.
The beers are really nice, such a laid back atmosphere, really good spot to catch some live music. Everything you could want from a local taproom. Go see Price, he knows his beer chops and will take good care of you.
Half of the food options were good while the other half was mediocre. Our server, Leslie, appeared annoyed by our presence and indifferent to our requests all evening. The service was exceptionally slow. The ambiance was pleasant. Cannot recommend.
This was my first time visiting this restaurant, and I was impressed by the attentive staff and delicious food and drinks. The tater kegs were particularly fantastic!
