Burger King - New Braunfels

I ordered an Impossible Burger and Fish Sandwich. They were out of the Impossible burger and offered to give me 2 fish sandwiches. The fish sandwiches were basically dry with nothing on them...where was the lettuce or pickles or anything that should be on it? Wont order that again!

Terrible! Go if you wait in the drive thru line for 30 plus minutes! No cars infront.. only staff totally ignore the drive thru customers Every time I'm gone, I need to be ridiculous time in driverthru most managers are very unprofessional

Hispanic lady in her 40s 50s needs to train. She didn't want to be there. I'm waiting for my food. She left. Two more male employees took part in me and gave me food and drink. Thanks for the 2 gentlemen for me. Food: 5/5

I had gone through the drive thru. Ordered a double whopper w/cheese. Paid, pulled away. Took a bite and realized the meat was burnt. Almost like it had been on broiler for a hour. DISGUSTING. I turned around and took it back. Yes they refunded my money. But I will NEVER return to this location. Sad because I pass by daily.Food: 1/5

The food was cold and unsatisfying on all levels. It wasn't a busy drive through so time should not have impacted the freshness of the food. Must say I'm truly disappointed at this locations foodFood: 1/5
