Arby's Restaurant - New Bern

I went through the drive-thru and ordered three sandwiches and an eight piece jalapeno popper they tried to give me two sandwiches and knew exactly what sandwich they left out when I told them and on top of that the eight piece jalapeno poppers was only a six piece. I'm thinking the cook must have been hungry!Apparently Arby's drive-thru is not too trustworthy

The load was loud, and it was the staff that made the noise. my roast beef was okay, but the reuben was cold and not grilled as it said. they had luck between loud staff and cold eating.

In the last few months, we had a lot of barely acceptable food orders via the passage in several other fast food chains. The Arby order today for lunch was a huge stand in quality, freshness and taste. We had a voucher for two at $8.99. The rolls were perfect and the rolls were wonderfully grilled. The curly frits, crispy and hot and as usual, perfectly seasoned. The Mozzarella sticks were new to us, but we were very impressed by them and the provided Marinara. I was also impressed by the audio quality of the drive by loudspeaker system. Service was prompt, polite and very pleasant. I'd give 6 stars if I could. Go to Arby's!
