Marco's Pizza - New Berlin

Very friendly and hardworking employees. Excellent pizza!! ?

My kids enjoy this pizza, my husband and I aren’t huge fans in general but we order for them. Tonight we ordered pizzas for delivery, after the order we found out it was 1 hour 45 minutes for delivery we decided we were okay with it. At the two hour mark with no pizza, I gave the store a call to find out where our pizzas were and the person I spoke with told me that they are running 45 minutes behind for delivery. He could give me no estimate and offered no apologies. This is the 3rd time, I’ve had problems with their delivery. The last time we will order from them.

These guys stepped up! A week prior we called and they only had one guy working and he couldn't deliver or make the pizzas for us (big order and we wanted the pizza right before close). Didn't feel good, but we decided to give Marcos another shot because we understood things can happen and that was a bad night. We called the next week and sure enough they came through with flying colors. Pizzas came early and stacked with toppings. General Beverage night crew will be coming back with bigger orders next time! Thanks everyone!

I’ve ordered Marcos before had some old salad leaves in one order before and now hair in my pizza I pulled it out so gross over cooked pizza today not happy I did get a refund and credit don’t think I’ll be using credit it’s so disgusting to have hair in your food ! Hair nets are a good idea!! Hello !!
