Bidra med feedbackWe miss Popeye's chicken !!! After spending 27 years living down south, an hour outside New Orleans, we were SO EXCITED to find Popeye's in New Bedford! It's the best fried chicken. We go almost every time we're in New Bedford now, the chicken is always fresh and fried to perfection, the staff are always polite and give great service. SO HAPPY WE FOUND YOU in Massachusetts. We need more locations, especially on the Cape!!!
About 2 or 3 times that I've order delivery from here, they forgot something. Also you can't use most of the deals at this location, and some of the items they have for rewards are unavailable too. This location is a joke.
The worst customer service I’ve ever seen don’t even try to order
No spicy chicken. No dirty rice. May as well do KFC from now on. Better sides and more gravy. Popeyes used to stand out. Now it’s bland. I was born in Louisiana and worked there. They were the best. Guess the farther from Louisiana, the worse it gets. May as well close them down. Very disappointing.
No sandwiches available for 20 minutes or more. Had to get nuggets and still took over 15 minutes!
