Palace Pizza More - New Bedford

I ordered a steak and cheese bomb that was delicious. And I also added a mushroom with extra sauce pizza that had no sauce on it. I called and the lady literally argued with me that she made the pizza and had extra sauce. I told her I got a pizza from there a few days ago and noticed that it had small sauce and this pizza had absolutely no sauce more than the last I just got. She continued to argue with me. I'll never eat here again because of the staff they hire.

It has been said that they can't pay pickup orders, although I told him that we often do. How the hedges do they process pre-pay delivery orders via the phone then? The manager could not even be harassed to help when asked. You just lost a loyal customer.

Eat well, but always cold when I get the delivery from any palace location. Maybe they should use a delivery service if they can?t to your house 10 minutes on the road fast enough to supply hot food.

Online says they close at 11, when I said they close at 10, call at 9:25 and was said and it is pickup only and pizza only, so could?t get a sub (what faster to make a pizza then) half an hour before closing?.definite lose business this way!

The menu is wrong and they wouldn?t refund my money after they put ingredients that should not be there.
