Burger King - New Bedford

I go 4 stars because the 2 original chicken sandwiches I ordered were warm but soggy and the salat was soft. I brought them back and the manager was super polite and got them hot and fresh for me. the business and the bathroom were very clean so that and the good setting hit the score to 4.

This place is a hit or miss when ordering their food. it depends on who works in the selection of this site. my last visit to the order, the girl that took my order seemed to be on her phone and more interested in what it was that she looked at on the phone. I got the wrong order. most of the time is ok!

I just bought this chicken sandwich today 2/23/22 at the Burger King on Kings highway in New Bedford. The lettuce was so old, I could tell what this was. You guys should open those buns before you take a bite. How disgusting is that.

Stopped by there tonight after working my 8 hour shift and I have to say I don 't know which one of these is worse. The one in Fairhaven or this one. Clearly the kid at the counter was either being trained or they just threw him on and hoped for the best. He was polite though and that 's not something he picked up from the three adults that were working behind him. Another customer was waiting for his food and one woman straight up ripped the food off the line and handed it to the customer. The customer pointed out his order was wrong and another woman reached in the bag,started debating the correctness of the order,and finally wound up taking the food to wherever to redo it but geez! In the meantime the one who ripped the food off the line had placed my shake on the counter where she was and forgot all about it. Had to stand and wait for another 5 minutes before the kid noticed. He ran over and apologized profusely. He was cashing out a guy just prior to that and the old man who was helping the two women get the orders done scolded him,in front of three customers,for permitting a customer to grab a cup off the stack by the registers and no that wasn 't right but for Pete 's sake. You don 't have to humiliate someone to teach them and you certainly do not engage in conduct in front of customers. Both my mom and my sandwiches were wrong but neither one of us felt particuarly compelled to say anything because we saw how they handled the previous situation and I didn 't want to get that kid in trouble. (Again,I emphasize that this young man was very sweet,apologetic and kind. He didn 't learn that working with those three nightmares. These three either need to be retrained or written up because quite frankly from what I saw they have no business being in front of the fries and onion rings if simply speaking to a co-worker with respect is just beyond their reach.

The food is always old and over cooked from sitting out under the heat lamp for too long. One too many times I've wasted money on chicken fries for them tonhe inedible. Would seriously send an under cover health inspector down there. It's also not even a full 12 piece order of chicken fries Would like to speak with a manager about the poor service here
