Kfc - New Baltimore

This KFC could be one of the worst I 've ever visited, the managers are rude and unprofessional. I may never visit any KFC if the level of service has reached such lows. I knew I should have gone to Chicken Shack or Popeye 's.

I ordered 10 pieces chicken. When I got home I saw that what I received6 legs, 3 wings and 1 thigh.It does taste good.

Our chicken was overcooked and dried out. Was more like jerky on the inside. We no longer like the mac cheese and the potatoes and gravy were way too salty. Definitely won't be going back anytime soon, if at all. We were bummed. At least the staff was nice and quick. Service was great.

Came through on my lunch break for a pot pie. Didn't get a fork, drove back and received attitude about a fork. Then found a hair in my food. Do better.

I was pleasantly surprised I wasent expecting it to be so good.
