Graeter's Ice Cream - New Albany

First time ever at Graeters. Had a run down of the history, best flavors and competitor’s. I was the only in the store loved the one one time because I didn’t know what I wanted.

Graeter's Ice Cream is always so yummy. I had their pumpkin sundae today, and it was delicious! The spices they used and delicate cake combined to make it fantastic. The staff is always so helpful and pleasant!

So many wonderful flavors to pick from and super polite servers! Rich, creamy ice cream in decadent flavors that will delight everyone. Almost endless ways to mix and try your favorite flavors every visit. Great place to take your family and friends for a delicious ice cream treat any day!

This is hands down the best ice cream we've ever had. Not only the quality of the ice cream being the best, but the service too. The staff were friendly and professional and I have already started recommending this to my friends. What looked like the manager or GM was in the lobby doing some paperwork and helped explain the ice cream making process, and that may not seem like a big deal, but it was the best experience ever. They had plenty of staff and they were all so helpful. I can't recommend this enough!
