Zoco Bella Tapas & Bar - Neuss

The restaurant has been under new leadership for some time, with excellent food, good service and beautiful ambience. All tapas we ordered were very delicious, the wine selection was excellent. Would come again at any time and will definitely recommend it. I can't recommend any negative reviews and just suspect that I've done a lot since the owner changes.

I returned to the ZOCO BELLA for a tapas plate, at least not later, at 14.50h. Order a sprout and ask for the map. The older waiter asks Mau mau, Rommé or what can it be? I declare myself stubborn to you, did not say what kind of card! Mostly the drink comes: I'm thirsty! The waiter takes the card, but otherwise it won't happen. I wonder it's not so full, but it's gonna be okay. The town hall clock beats 3, shortly after that another waiter appears without drinking. I want to give up my order because he tells me that the kitchen is already closed. I am referring to the map which lies ahead of me, which the colleague probably did not bring without reason. The waiter apologizes and offers in the kitchen to ask if to make an exception for me. But I don't like it anymore. Also a couple sitting on the side table has watched the thing and is speechless... People, so much is clear: it is something wrong with communication / sound and processes! If customer satisfaction is not indifferent to you, you need to change something urgently. At the Almhütte such behavior can go through, but on the market you have a different food option... PS: 2 points only because the young waiter was friendly and polite.

Too bad it was a real recommendation. Today no more calls are taken into the table reservation. If you're tired, you don't need any more guests...

Grapes are served with fresh rolls for breakfast, baked croissons/ rolls that are crumbling and hard after a short time. I don't think so. Sausages and cheeses were above all, with the packed jam/Nutella/ Honey nothing could be mistended but here again breakfast NO DANKE
