Spaghetti Haus Neuss

I have often been very happy in the Spaghettihaus in Neuss. The food tastes very good, but the service is not so the hit. Our booking was in the period of the Schützenfest in Neuss and when we entered the restaurant, several service employees were able to cover the entire restaurant for an apparently larger event. Instead of the big map (of which I had pre-warmed my friends) there were only separate dishes on a simple A4 paper. Due to the protection, there was a reduced card, which would not have been a problem if you would have said that when you book it by phone! Very frustrating. Although we sat in a corner, the service was very loud both from conversations and from the discovery. A very uncomfortable visit. The food tasted good, but the rest broke it. Too bad it was with the spaghetti house for me.

As always, the food was very tasty, inexpensive and the staff as usual very friendly, ok the boss always looks very grim three, which is a little shame. Everything as always very good and we like to come back. Reserve a table is very advisable and especially recommended for a larger group. Could be that otherwise there is an evil surprise;

Eating, like for many years, again super tasty. The quality unchanged well, with time and again, new dessert ideas. We always like to come!
