When calling after 1.5 hours, it was first lied that the food was already on the move. After just about 2 hours the food was served, of course lukewarm and with the statement that the food had been ordered only a three-quarter hour ago. The ordered dough pockets were in obviously old oil fried flat rectangles, which could only be seen in it a filling might have been found. Naughty! We used to like eating and ordering more often. Order 18:25, until the restaurant closes at 21:00 nothing came! No possibility of telephone demand. The phone was either short or no one else went to the phone. I don't understand this as a good customer service. Especially since the food was already paid via PayPal and a delivery time was confirmed via email. That was the last time!
