Bidra med feedbackGeneral: After many years, we were once again in the open-mouth. The host personally welcomes its guests, serves quickly and is friendly. The ambience in the Freihufe is cozy and reminiscent of a small hunting restaurant. Unfortunately, the Freihufe is relatively difficult to find in a small side street for non-residents. The route itself is very well signposted. At the house there is a sufficiently large parking lot. The card is extensive and inexpensive, and there is something for every taste. The host also recommends a small day card with regional dishes. As an appeal, there are spirits from the local distillery Jonas. As an appetizer we ask for various soups, which are already served after 10 minutes. Some of them are hot, cold or very hot. Clear case of microwave. Not even finished with the soups we were served the main dish, about 15 minutes after order. Here too, I doubt that the meals were freshly cooked, but also because of which the ingredients were also different warm, that the microwave was also used here. Too bad, but have earned a second chance. Operation: Friendly, fast. The boss serves himself. Food: We chose Soljanka and mushroom cream soup as appetizers. Tasty, but very likely heated in the microwave, as different warm. As main spices there were -WEINESTEAK FREIHUFE (completely covered with spruce forests sour wort and cracker slices, baked with cheese, plus roast potatoes and salad) very tasty -WEINE-SNITZEL (panned, with cream-champignons, to croquettes and salad-dressing) The other foods tasted good, but, as already mentioned, were very warm. Meals were a lot and completely sufficient. The food prices are regionally ok and are between 8 and 12 euros for the main dishes. As an appeal, perseverance is given to the local brandy Jonas. As dessert there are different ice creams. The ambience: Very cozy. Cleanliness: Restaurant as well as toilets were in a neat and clean, very well maintained state.

Votet for the Freihufe as favourite place of the Oberlausitz! The Freihufe in Neukirch has existed since 1967 and has become a good-bourgeois cuisine in the region. Who knows that the open-air curtain knows that in this house you are not exposed to a chef Desaster or Frank Rosins unleashed water. And if something doesn't fit, the always friendly service team is in place. Helps everyone that this year, too, the Freihufe retains and chooses the title of the favorite local of the Oberlausitz.
