Schieferhof - Neuhaus am Rennweg

The room was tidy, clean and spacious. The bathroom was rather tight, the staff was attentive and friendly. In the restaurant of this house we had great dinner. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. We would return here again.

After a long stage of the Rennsteig we arrived at the hotel. The restaurant was closed because of the day of rest, which would have forced us to MACHEN again.The hotel manager offered us as an alternative to setting up a “cold plate” as a substitute, which we liked to have accepted. The alternative escaped as a first-class from Thuringian cuisine. Diversity, presentation and scope have made us wonder. In addition, the staff took care of us very lovingly and hosted us in the PurpleLounge from the finest. Better we couldn't have eaten in the restaurant. A praise for the great service and perfect care. This is very rare. 1st house in the square! The rooms were also very nice and furnished with a lot of charm. A great hotel.

Very nice hotel restaurant with a very stylish yet cosy ambience. We enjoyed the 5-course menu in the evening. It was varied, with fresh ingredients and extremely tasty! The employees were also very friendly and responded to all our wishes. We are happy to come back at any time:
