Ralph's Famous Italian Ices Ice Cream

I tried the peanut butter ice cream and it was delicious. The line was long, but the staff served us quickly. Yum!

This restaurant review is terrible. I requested a different lid for my son's ice cream, but the employee behind the counter told me that they only use those for their soft serve ice cream. I couldn't believe it - it's just a lid, after all! Instead, he had the audacity to place a piece of paper towel over my son's blue raspberry ice cream, put it in a white bag, and send it to go. It was truly a nerve-wracking experience! The customer service was awful and the staff were very rude. It's a good thing that my child loves this place, otherwise I would never return. I am completely appalled.

This Ralph?s is always closed like 20 minutes earlier then it?s supposed to. One time I went to this Ralph?s and they closed but it wasn?t supposed to close for another 15 minutes. The worker was in the Ralph?s and was trying to ignore us while we were waiting outside to get in.

The restaurant is quite pricey, but it's worth treating yourself every now and then. Be sure to sample a few dishes before deciding on what to order.

Graham cracker is amazing. Must try! Place was clean and owner was nice.
