Subway - Nerang

This has to be the worst Subway restaurant on the Gold Coast, definitely not worth it. Don't bother, go somewhere else. A big thumbs down.

I was very disappointed with this restaurant. It did not meet the expectations set by its advertising. While I have been satisfied with my past orders, the pulled pork we tried this time was not what we were expecting.

I absolutely adore the new, fresh decor of this restaurant and the food was fantastic! I highly recommend signing up for the SubCard loyalty program. The sandwich I had was beautifully presented and delicious. The Pizza Footlong is definitely a fan favorite. The restaurant stays open late and offers delivery options through Uber Eats, Menulog, Doordash, and Deliveroo.

Went in tonight 1/4/21 and was treated very poorly by a staff member there with black hair. This girl was very back chatty and didn’t seem to care about the importance of costumers, almost likes she’s just in for a quick pay check. I felt very un appreciated and the meal wasn’t even satisfactory. I’m very disappointed and will not return if I can’t be treated with respect. I asked for a grill wrap and didn’t receive what was wanted. The First Lady that served on the Meats section was good, but salad station lady had a poor attitude. And when they wrapped the tissue paper with he food it stuck to the food.

Very rude owner only interested in the money. Really bad customer service .Wont be returning .he should be more freindly to his customers.
