They should be open at 5 and I came at 5:22 and they were closed. I asked the loading owner close, and I was told that they were not punctual when it comes to opening their business.

I bought from here for a buy1 get1 free offer via uber eats. The charge seemed high at first so I thought each portions might be large. But I was shocked to see the tiny portion size. So we decided to check the restaurant in person and had a tough time locating it as there's no signs with proper names outside. Finally I found out the store and realized the buy1 get1 free is just in the name and they charged me for 2 items and with poor quantity of food. The guy at the store was being defensive instead of accepting the fact that I was charged unfairly.

The last time I ordered the special fries, I didn't get them regularly. this time I told you I was shaking and didn't get it. quite average eating and small size for regular frits. can try a third time, can't you?

I order family combo burger meal 2 with gluten-free burger buns 2 for regular burger rolls, gluten-free rolls were not fresh it was stale we could not eat but other regular rolls were fresh and tasty. I hope the management takes my weight seriously and check the Burger backs daily and if not freshly hot close the stairs they can do something.
