Owners of The Rose Garden Cafe. We are the proud owners of The Rose Garden Summer Cafe, located in the main park by the orange bridge in Nelson, BC. We are the summer beach cafe for Nelson. We have lovingly created and run this sweet cafe for 11 years. We are well known, well loved and impeccable with our standards in every area. As a community based cafe, everyone knows that starting up in the summer is based on the weather and everyone is so thrilled and grateful when we reopen each year. It is THE place of choice to work in the summer for many high school and college students. Out of 1,000 customer comments on our yearly survey, 999 immensely and enthusiastically loved our cafe for the consciousness and conscientiousness we bring to our healthy selections, and one person wanted something else added to our menu. Everyone loves our ever-changing decor and we are well appreciated. This is the first time we've seen this site and hope that our many customers will begin to write for themselves. We were written up in West World as the place to eat in Nelson! Great place with good food, and are doing wonderful even though they are understaffed

You first get there and it seems like a very casual cafe but after having the food I am blown away. They cook everything top tier. I've paid way more for way worse quality food. If I ever have the option I am definitely going to come eat here again.

I was so pleasantly surprised! It isn't your average ice cream burger place in a park! They have something for everyone, vegetarian, burgers, hot dogs, regular and sweet potatoes fries, great looking salads, and kombucha on tap!! Great place to grab a bite after paddle boarding and playing in the park!
