Kfc - Nelson

Kfc meal times no longer feel like the same size. they feel small and honest friendly. I only have 1 tong coleslaw with my meal. that is not a meal that is a snack for eating price.

The clerk was prompt but too prompt, I felt quite rushed. I was not familiar with the menu and needed some time. The chicken I ordered didn't live up to my expectations in taste or texture.

Gross, not the kfc of old. Gravy watery gunk. Mac salad tasted old. Plastic straws. No real choice of drink,just pop. No substitute available but still had to pay same price as if we wanted the pop? Dirty. Not going back ever. KFC needs to get it together. A and W is always packed.

If i could give zero stars i would. I was enjoying my day until my encounter with the staff at KFC there was a deal on and they have said do a survey buy a drink and get the DEAL, the staff gave us the slip to do so, i brought the receipt and the code to staff and did so within 7 days. I did mine 2 mins after and it was NOT Redeemable. The staff had their hands in their face and making me feel terrible. This was at 2:45pm on the 18 of June 2019, i hope management can come to a solution with this problem. I will not be coming back

Drove all the way from trail..we waited at the counter for a bit and when the girl came around from the kitchen,she was putting on a band aid. we waited 7 min for our food and the person behind the front couldnt even bring out the food but instead put it on the counter and yelled out the order( we where the only ones there)..When we received it. The food was cold and the frys, potato salad was runny so gross. Atleast my 2 wings with my meal where hot I'm guessing that's why we waited 7min for 2 wings. Wont go back again...
