Bidra med feedbackGreat atmosphere, good beer, nice staff, there's games available to play and live music on the weekends! A nice place Service: Dine in Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Trendy brewery bar, from Christchurch originally, good beers with a changing selection of beers on tap. Industrial decor inside, they have music on Saturday evening which is nice. Seems to be popular with the after work crowd and mountain bikers. Overall good experience though I think the menu prices are high. Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
READ ME: The older reviews you see on here are for The Workshop, the previous brewery/kitchen to use this space. Two Thumb just started this month and confusingly decided to use the same business account. At the time of writing they do not have a kitchen (there was a food truck outside) but I'm told they'll have it set up some time in the next month. Same story with Wi-Fi. All that said, I really enjoyed Two Thumb. Employees were nice, it's a comfortable place to hang out, they make great beer and I was happy with the prices--they even do discounted to-go cans that are cheaper than most other NZ breweries. Satisfied all around and will definitely return if I find myself back in Nelson. I had a Red Rye IPA and a Hazy, both of which were good examples. The Hazy was particularly impressive as often I've found NZ breweries are a bit shy when it comes to the haze.. Two Thumbs nailed it.
Awesome spot perfect for an afternoon beer with mates. Great selection of craft brews on tap and also nights with live music what else could you ask for! The staff are super lovely too
Such a great little spot! Good drinks, funky atmosphere and tasty pizza (even the GF option! . Will definitely be back!!
