Bidra med feedbackVery disappointing. We had dined here once before choosing leave it to the chef option and couldn 't fault it. We had friends visiting from out of town so decided to do the same. 4 of the 7 dishes were seafood it would have been a good idea if the waiter had advised us that fish was the main component. If he had done this we would have chosen our own dishes. The clam was so tough we struggled to eat it, the gurnard was burnt, the buns with cheese were also burnt. 2 of our party found the steak too rare and had to send it back. We did complain but received little in response.
Went here last night in a group of 4. Amazing venue that ticks all the boxes. The food is stunning and works so well in a small group setting due to the sharing concept of the menu. Would definitely visit again when in Nelson. We had the housemade bread with roast chicken butter, the oyster mushrooms, chicken thigh, wagyu, eggplant and the kumara dishes. All were 5/5. Service on point.
Had a fantastic evening here. Staff were very friendly and we had the tasting menu. Normally this is a risky option for a vegetarian but the food was incredible, each dish was completely different from the last and every single dish was so so good! Definitely worth the money, you get a lot of food! Vegetarian options: Incredibly accomodating. Probably the best selection of foods from a tasting menu I have ever had as a vegetarian.

Absolutely the best dining experience in Nelson! This laid-back restaurant features an exceptional chef and friendly staff, making for a fantastic culinary adventure. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 5 stars!
