Domino's Pizza - Needham

Will be speaking with corporate I went in today the cashier is handling food without washing his hands. I asked for my order to be cancelled they refused. The manager or another staff member was yelling at a woman who came to check in her order. EvenMcDonald?s uses gloves I will never come back to this establishment and I will be letting all of my coworkers know not to thereas well.

Whoever answered the phone tonight after i stood outside waiting for my delivery for 20 mins, all he did was argue with me about why i didn?t have the app and call the driver?.INSTEAD OF FIGURING OUT HOW I WAS GETTING MY FOOD? ya know- A SOLUTION!! If youdont like your job get a new one please ! A good attitude goes a long way and your customer service is terrible.

I don 't know who was working on 06/12/22 at approximately 9:30 pm, but that lady needs to learn how to speak to customers over the phone. I 've NEVER had anyone shout at me my entire life when ordering food over the phone, I hope I 'm not sounding like a male Karen but her attitude was atrocious. I called and asked her how many pieces do the wings come in, and because she must have had me on speaker it was a bit muffled so I asked her to repeat, I could sense she was aggravated. So then I asked her whats the price of the 16 pc, to which again I kindly asked if she could repeat because the background noise was pretty intrusive, and she proceeds to yell ONE FIVE NINE NINE! . That stopped me in my tracks, like I said, I 've never been spoken to like that over the phone at any establishment and I told her to calm down and drop the attitude. She doubles down and says ARE YOU GOING TO ORDER ANYTHING? I 'M THE ONLY ONE WORKING HERE TONIGHT! At which point I just hung up, I 'm not gonna order food from such a disrespectful employee. Listen, I understand it gets hectic working in fast food, but you 're insane to think a customer is going to finish their order after being shouted at because you 're having a rough day at work. For the most part everyone there has always been nice and courteous, but as long as that particular person is working there and taking orders I 'll pass.

The place was clean and the kitchen was really organized. The casher was nice to me and my kids. My order came really fast and the cheese bread was so yummy! We definitely will order again!

Very disappointed pizza at these franchises are always marginal at best. So I figured if I placed an order and went and picked it up myself,well how could I go wrong, right? WRONG!! So I stroll in about 18 minutes after I placed the order, gave them my name and the kid said here ya go sir,all set . So I grabbed my pie and went home. When I opened the box , this thing looked like it was sitting there overnight and the next day around 6 p.m when I went to get my order, they just threw some pepperoni 's and black olive in it and warmed it up in the oven. I couldn 't have been more disappointed in the way service has lacked all over the place. But Damn its not as if it waited at home for a delivery guy, I did the in work and still got treated like a J Please keep driving by this place. You 'd do better going to the supermarket and grabbing a Red Baron
