Food was good. Had a Wildsau Schnitzel! That's great! Pommes warn crispy. The Walnut Panade was great. Schnitzel was only too much seasoned so you could define everything well from taste. Personally, the sauce hasn't tasted so much to me! But to the Pommes, thank you again for serving the sauce. A great evening. It was a bit too loud. But it was on a Friday so I guess you have to count on it. Try it again, maybe it's not so loud.
