Beefeater Bagle Brook

The food was cold and the bacon burger was very dry. However, the main reason I am writing this review is because, as a disabled customer, I expect a functioning disabled toilet. Unfortunately, when I approached it, there was no handle on the door, the door wouldn't shut, and the floor was covered in urine, making it unusable. I mentioned this to our waitress (who was very nice), and she said she had informed the shift manager. I was disappointed that the manager did not offer an apology or explanation for the issue. This lack of professionalism has deterred me from returning to this restaurant.

I went to this restaurant with my family for my birthday, and as always, it was perfect. The staff gave us a warm welcome and Adele and Mike provided exceptional service. The food was faultless and made my birthday celebration one to remember.

It was my husband Birthday and food was amazing.Hi had steak exactly how hi like and my fish was lovely. We are coming here for years and never been disappointed.Yan spoiled us all the time.

Beautiful food, was quick and delicious. Will 100% be recommending the bagle brook to my friends and family. The staff were friendly and polite. Throughly enjoyed!
