Food tasted great but pasta was under cooked. 10% service charge is honestly just too much, compared to the average service we got. We had a good time, but suddenly loud music was turned on which just made the otherwise nice place seem cheap. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

The food was alright even though it was a bit to the expensive side. However a 10% service charge on top of the high prices when there was hardly any good service is a bit of a stretch in my opinion. The food and atmosphere is fine, but go there at your own risk if you don't care about an extra 10% service charge fee. The waiters were friendly and attentive as most of the restaurants we have been to in the 10 days we were in Napoli. The food was not great, we ordered an angus steak and unfortunately it was all fat and no meat it was inedible which I did tell the waiter. The rest of the food was ok.
