Bidra med feedbackWe tried the vegan dishes at this restaurant, including the legume with curry, aubergine scallop, bonfire kartoffel, and orchid drink (which unfortunately we later found out was not vegan). The combination of quinoa and curry was interesting, however the tofu cubes were hard and reminded us more of crispy tofu. The Auberginen-Shakshuka was excellent, and the creamy sauce that accompanied the kartoffel was amazing, reminding us of a cozy cottage aroma. The service was beautiful and the restaurant had a modern and peaceful ambiance. Currently, they only offer a vegan dessert option, but it would be great if they added a few more choices.
We sampled the vegan options, including the legumes with curry, eggplant scallop, bonfire potato, and orchid drink (which unfortunately turned out to be non-vegan). The quinoa and curry were an intriguing mix, with the tofu cubes being a bit tough and reminiscent of crispy croutons. The eggplant shakshuka was outstanding, and the creamy sauce on the potato had a delightful cottage-like flavor. The service was pleasant, and the ambiance was modern and peaceful. Currently, there is only one vegan dessert available, but it would be nice if they added a few more options.
