Bidra med feedbackTo this day the most phenomenal culinary experience I had in the whole of mexiko. outstanding quality and presentation. the creativity and the lush aromen and masterly creations are suitable for the michelin guide. they will not be disappointed! others pretend to have this level of...dining, but no one reaches it as acquarella.
Although quite expensive, eating and service here is worthy mario gambas other acquarello restaurant in dunes. with the medaillons of maine lobster in a butter and red wine sauce and pas pierre. the lobster was fresh and cooked for perfection and the. flavours all cut out sensational. followed with a risotto with shaved white truffle whcih, although not the powerful taste of truffles I had elsewhere, it was very good. Finally the bocconcini aquarello roll of calfed scrub filled with foie gras over a bed of green black risotto with calf sauce, ingwer, harbour and skyberry sauce. great! they save a room for desserts as they are fantastic. once again, be ready to spend a bit on eating and the wine list is very expensive.
A pleasure from them was a firm for the sin. fish was divine, wee recommendation was stellar, decor was beautiful, and service was impeccable.

Others pretend to have this level of dining, but none achieves it as Acquarella.
Although quite expensive, food and service here is worthy of Mario Gamba's other Acquarello restaurant in Munich. Started off with the medallions of Maine Lobster in a butter and red wine sauce and Pas Pierre. The lobster was fresh and cooked to perfection and the flavors all blended sensationally. Followed with a risotto with shaved white truffle whcih although did not have the powerful taste of truffles I had elsewhere, it was very good. Finally the bocconcini Aquarello - 5 rolls of veal steak stuffed with foie gras over a bed of green peas risotto with veal jus, ginger, port and rasberry sauce. Magnificent! Save some room for desserts as they are fantastic. Again, be ready to spend quite a bit on the food and the wine list is ultra expensive.
