Bidra med feedbackToday, my wife returned, hoping for a better experience, but alas, it was even worse! Once again, there were no greetings or any acknowledgment of her presence, just more unfriendly stares. She felt so uncomfortable that she considered leaving without eating. The person who served her pre-cooked food seemed indifferent at best, with a look that bordered on animosity. While I can only speculate, it’s possible that this employee either didn't speak English or was facing personal challenges. When my wife approached the register to pay, the cashier continued to ignore her, avoiding any eye contact and only offering the same vacant stare. Keep in mind, she was simply trying to hand over money for what felt like "Soup Nazi" level service! Typically, cashiers at any restaurant, even the most modest diners, will at least acknowledge your presence and inform you of the total amount due. At this point, I find myself torn between wanting to give this restaurant another chance and feeling compelled to criticize its poor management and staff. It's perplexing how a place serving good food can neglect the importance of hospitality, especially in today's economic climate. It seems as if they would be indifferent to losing business. Frankly, I hope Tita wakes up to reality soon, as I believe it has great potential.
Deception! I've been visiting Tita's Kitchenette for years, but lately, I've noticed rising prices and declining service. I wanted a Coke, but they were out. They have new tables, but they weren’t clean. A woman had a purple dessert and found something unsettling in it. When she alerted the staff, they said it was part of a root. The place seems to be going downhill. I'm not sure we'll return anytime soon.
