Smashburger - Natick

The food was absolutely disgusting, didn't even eat it just threw it right in the trash where it belongs. The bag and everything in it including the burger wrapper and burger were soaked through with grease, there was grease dripping from the bottom of the bag. They're probably not this terrible all the time but no point in giving them another chance to serve something so vile. They don't let me respond to your response but i had already submitted a complaint through your app and have heard nothing back.

The food was sub par. Not the price for the portions size. Better go to 5 guys for this price.

Stopped by Smashburger as I was in the plaza and was not disappointed. I highly recommend the Smoked bacon brisket burger...double patty of course! Watching my carb intake so I didn't get fries but I definitely stole a few from my son and they were perfectly cooked! Staff was very friendly. Unfortunately it's an hour from my house but if I'm out there again I will stop by again.

They have the best burgers I ever ate! It is not a super fancy restaurant but it doesn't mean they don't have super delicious burgers. People are nice and orders normally comes quickly and hot. I would personally recommend it.

For the first time to a smashburger and overall it was pleasant. The front counter had absolutely no personality, but dealing with people every day will do that. The food was good, but nothing I couldn't do at home. I like they have points as an option.
