Bazille – Nordstrom Natick

I love Nordstrom Cafe because it is easy in and out. However the dining experience is a bit average. Our salmon supposed to be cooked medium was as dry as a bone. I was expecting a change up since they remodeled, but except for a few item it was the same

We went on Mother’s Day for a little mom/daughter lunch. The food was tasty and we ordered a couple of cocktails that were delicious. The restaurant needs work on the service and host stand. The host was scattered and not prepared to handle a busy front of house. Our server was pleasant but got my order wrong. If they can fix the service and host issues this would be a solid choice when visiting the mall. The menu is varied and offered numerous healthy choices.

Quite a delicious restaurant. Always fresh and unique menu items. The pizza is amazing. Turkey club with haricot vert (Green beans) in it is one of my favorites. Crab salad actually uses lump crab which most restaurants cheap out on. Glad they expanded their menu and even more glad they decided to end that foolish way to order they had before by paying at register then taking your receipt to your table for your server to then retrieve to see what you ordered to drink so they can go get it for you. Poor servers must have got stiffed on so many tips that way. Especially with their typical demographic of diners. Whoever created that was legit bipolar.

Not a huge change, visually, love that you can now order at your table. Food was great. My one complaint; I witnessed a waitress (holdover from previous cafe, super short hair) BLOW on appetizer plates, rub something off WITH HER BARE HAND and then GIVE IT TO A TABLE. No words.

We always love it here because the food is delicious, menu robust and service is great. Tammy was our server and she was amazing!
