Bidra med feedbackWe have dined here for both birthdays of my daughter on thurs 8/25/22. kendrick made our evening very special. he was attentive to the Chinese culture we really appreciated. the peking duck is a must! it takes 45 minutes to prepare so def let her server sit once. I am not sure how to spell the chef who presented a beautiful presentation of cutting the peking duck table side, but he deserved a huge scream! They can choose between roasted crispy duck or hot acid soup with the rest of the duck (that are 2 dishes at the price of 1.) after he had spoken with the peking duck cook he recommended white. we didn't want the hot acid suppe to be too spicy. it turned out it was really delicious! see picture attached for the suppe. kendrick der peking entenkoch was both friendly knew her baijiu! Even surprised us with birthday dessert, my children enjoyed her dinner as much as I. the decor atmosphere added a beautiful note that the eating tied together. I'm sure you'll be back!
Shuang Ba is beautiful! There are beautiful painted panels around the main dining room and a beautiful dragon column in the middle of it. Also the holder and the plates were beautiful. For beginners I have a vegan hot and sour soup and the herbal Shao mai. The dumplings were really delicious and I could have eaten two more baskets. It had a mixture of vegetables inside. The soup was thicker than I expected and had a lot of substance. It was part of a person, but it was very filled. It wasn't sharp. I didn't love the soup. For the main course I had the Gai lan and vegetables fried rice. They were both delicious. The vegetable fried rice was full of vegetables and it had soy sauce, no egg. The gai lan was very well done. It had a bright sauce. Overall, Shuang Ba was my favorite restaurant at Baha Mar by far! There were many vegan options and the food was very delicious and filled. I recommend Shuang Ba. Make sure to make a reservation before the time. It was not easy to find a reservation during my stay for 3 people. I looked again on another day and there was a new opening.
Do not be discouraged from their location, away in the back of the casino. Shuang Ba is worth the money. Beginning you have the atmosphere surrounding a dark red background Your culinary experience along with quiet relaxing music. Each chair has a pillow back so that you can take to the surroundings without getting caught in your seat. The staff is dressed in clean cut dark catering clothes. Speaking of staff, expect a quick experience, you will not finish here in Shuang Ba from the very beginning. Every meal is perfect for you to digest and prepare for your next dish. Regarding their menu, meals are amazing. Expect that many tables order the Beijing duck, brought out from a chef, cut in front of you and served. Every penny in alone. I suggest all they have to offer and whatever you do, do not forget to ask about Dessert Highly recommend Shaung Ba, as I said, you need to work a little to find them on the casino floor, but the trouble pays off
Amazingly good. I was incredibly impressed by the authenticity of the aromen from the conch and sellerie salat (not shown) to the singaporean noodles. beautiful majestic ambiente as they are in a Chinese palast.
Really good food and excellent customer service. I was eating alone and my server was engaging, friendly and unobtrusive. Kendrick was my server and made some great food recommendations. I had the post sticker, sweet and sour chicken and steamed rice. Thanks for the experience!
