Bidra med feedbackThis is my go to Starbucks I usually don 't even place my order until I 'm walking up the stairs because they 're so quick. The staff and (owner/manager? are super sweet. As the 'Pick Up ' in the name indicates, you do have to place a mobile order vs counter service.
Very frustrating to decide to order based on the proposed ready time, only to wait beyond that time and have to leave a drink you paid for. The ready times are not accurate when it is busy and there is no way to verify how busy it actually is if you aren 't physically there.
They literally will not take an in store order. You literally have to place it on the app. Apparently it's too much for them to type it in? What if you only have the card and not the app? Kinda ridiculous.
I went to this Starbucks only to be told that o could not order coffee unless I have the app. I don't have the app and don't want the app. No one else was there and I felt I was treated very rude. I don't understand why I have to order through the app. I do not link any cards to apps.
It’s “order online and pickup only”, which I don’t love but fine. I gave it a try, and was told my order would be ready by a certain time. Cool feature on the app! The problem is that I got there three minutes before it was scheduled and my coffee was ready. It’s not that it’s a problem to be early, but what I found was that my Americano was lukewarm like drinking old bath water, or as if someone squeezed the mop they use on the floors into a green and white cup. Just disgusting. I figured getting there early would avoid that problem but nope. Doubt I’ll go back.
