Taco Bell - Nashville

Terrible. Pulled up. A bunch of kids were dancing in front of the door. Couple works came out, got in a car with all their kids. Cleaned out the trash from their car by tossing the trash over the fence into mill creek. Couple weeks ago we were in line and one of the workers came out and took a few hits from a joint from a car in front of us. I don't care but not professional. Concerned me she wasn't shy at all.

The service at this restaurant was awful. While some of the food was decent, the staff were incredibly rude. There was a situation where a daughter was trying to get the bathroom code to assist her disabled mother, but the employee simply brushed her off, saying they were too busy. Another customer ended up leaving because nobody even acknowledged his presence. I will not be returning to this establishment. While I recognize that the employees may be underpaid, that is no excuse for treating customers poorly. Everyone deserves to be paid a fair wage, but that should not impact the level of service provided to patrons.

Service ok. As what you expect from fast food that is. And actually the tacos wasn't bad. They were crunchy

Saturday night, the drive thru line was wrapped around the building. The service at this location could not have been better. Fast, friendly, and accurate. Many praises to the staff working that night. Our food looked and tasted delicious. Everything in our $40+ order was present and accounted for. Great job, Taco Bell!

I just had the PRETTIEST and tastiest Mexican Pizza from this location. I was surprised, most of the time when I order that, it looks messy and they never cut it into slices. This location went above and beyond and I just wanted to show my appreciation! Well done!
