Sunflower Bakehouse - Nashville

This is one of my top choices for vegan lunch, dinner or whatever you're vegan heart desires! My foodie heart desired the Diner Burger, the half serving of the Thai Noodle Salad, and the Carrot Cake Cupcake. The Sunflower ? Bakehouse didn't disappoint my belly at all. The food, service, and environment of this restaurant is great!! The food is delicious and nutritious! The staff is so kind and friendly. I definitely like going here when I have a friend or family member who is vegetarian or vegan. I haven't had everything on the menu yet, but those items I have had have been delicious!

Traveling with celiacs is difficult and stressful, but when we visited Nashville and came here for breakfast I quite literally cried! The breakfast biscuit was amazing!! Also got the blueberry muffin and two cupcakes. All my gf girl dreams come true.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

Their bakery items are very delicious. Their brewed drip coffee is very good. People there are very helpful in explaining the ingredients due to my allergies. Recommend their overnight oats as well for a tasty breakfast.Dietary restrictions: If you have DF GF restrictions, this place can accommodate. I asked what options contain dairy and they said none of the items they sell contain dairy. Awesome!

Fantastic food. I have no food restrictions and don't normally maintain a vegan diet. That being said, I loved everything here. The bahn mi was great, the cupcakes were outstanding, and the cookie parfait was delicious, if huge. Even the Oogave soda was good. Highly recommend!
